Top 4: Food

This week the top FOUR is all about food & drink with a focus on healthy alternatives:

1. Chi Coconut Oil

I have heard all the health nuts on Instagram bang-on/promote coconut oil with all the added health benefits. Being the nosy person I am, I need to find out what all the fuss was about and from being awarded a Great Taste Awards 2014 Chi Coconut Oil was the one, with three key benefits:
  • Cook with it replacing oil
  • Eat it as a spread, salad dressing or on its own
  • Apply it as a conditioner or a moisturiser 

2. Knorr, Stock Pot
£1.50 in Waitrose

These gluten free goodies will turn any bland dish of rice, gravy, stir fry into a rich flavourful dish. With flavours of Chicken, Beef & Vegetable, your in for a treat.

3. Olive It! Recipe Book

Bubbles without the booze, Sparking Infusion from Echo Falls has 0% alcohol and only 26 calories per 100ml. This "wine" was great whilst taking part in Dry January.
