Review: Jimmy Choo, Exotic

Jimmy Choo is a little one of my weaknesses I think I have four pairs of shoes and one handbag and as I run a beauty blog, three fragrances judge all you want! The new fragrance ‘Jimmy Choo EXOTIC’ launched this week and it is the perfect scent for the summer months. In comparison to Jimmy Choo Illicit, review here. this one is a little more fun but still in keeping with the glamour of Jimmy Choo.

With first spray it does seem quite overpowering but leave it a second and give your wrist a sniff it is delightful and quite a sexy scent. The scent lingers on till the evening.

The packaging is in line with 2016 style staples and the Jimmy Choo 16 collection with python skin adorned on the box in trademark pink showcasing the luxury nature of Jimmy Choo. Jimmy Choo bottles always resemble ornate and stunning glasswork Illicit resembled a chandelier and EXOTIC takes on the signature look from the original Jimmy Choo fragrance but talking on the Summer 16 fashion style with a bold colour palette with pink shimmering though and a bright fuchsia cap adding a touch of modern and luxury to the bottle.

This embodies the woman who is confident to wear bright colours and animal prints. EXOTIC brings an alluring and sparkling twist.

Reviewing the notes of EXOTIC the top notes are blackcurrant sorbet and pink grapefruit make up the sensual nature of tiger orchid and the passion flower which is the heart of the original Jimmy Choo fragrance which launched back in 2011. At the end a velvet touch is added with patchouli and raspberry.
You will need to get your hands on this quick though as it is limited edition for £44, 60ml from Harrods and I am sure they will become a beauty blogger and celebrity beauty product fave.
