Toys "R" Us back in the UK, what we know so far!

If you drive around the UK you will probs still spot an old Toys "R" Us - is was a sad day when they announced their closure.

But they are BACK...now we do not know too much but WHP Global, the parent company for Toys "R" Us and Babies "R" Us are coming back to the UK online and in physical retail units.

They have been successful in launching in Australia and I believe they are also planning to hit the US partnering with Macy's.

Well done WHP Global I for one cant wait for you to be back and wonder if it can compete with Smyths the only similar large scale toy shop around. 

The launch is already underway, looking to launch online in 2022 and physical retail stores in 2022 / 2023.

I hope the new stores will have some focus on smaller businesses from the UK.

Christmas Gift Guide: kids

For all the kiddy winkles I have a few fantastic gifts including one of the most fun advent calendars I have ever seen from Playmobil. Every day you open a new door to a new part to a Christmas scene - no chocolate though so you might have to have two Calender's. For someone a little older the Elves Lego Set, Aira's Pegasus Sleigh will create something magical.

Any Frozen fans on the blog? my hands are up...there is a cute Lip Smacker bauble with four flavours and then there is a 52 art set for any budding artist. If you are buying for a baby, the little chocolate moccasin booties are the one, I wish they did them in my size.

If you want to splash the cash and wow your little ones the Rose Petal Cottage is the perfect play set which can be brought with cooker and a table set as extras.

Win a visit from The FA Cup for your child's school!
