Topshop was of course presented a show at London Fashion Week which has hosted at Tate Britain. There was some beautiful prints and some stunning celebrities to match including: Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne, Erin O'Connor, Paloma Faith, Ellie Goulding, Pixie Lott and Yasmin Le Bon.

Spring Look

After getting my first taste of sun in Lisbon last weekend I was in the mood to hunt down some Spring inspired items to tie me over till my next holiday.

A mac is on top of my 'must buy' list for the summer, it's versatile nature is perfect for the English weather and adds a bit of Parisian chic to any outfit. The Topshop bikini enhances a tan with the florescent stitching and if you haven't had the best fitness regime so far the black colour has all the best slimming qualities you could want with a two piece.

A clutch to match the bikini is a must this year! You will look fashionable around the poolside and enables you to easily transform a casual outfit ready for a on-trend lunch.

Style your mobile for London Fashion Week

During London Fashion Week selfies are a plenty so accessorizing your outfit with a great phone case is important as it will feature on your Instragram feed. My go-to brand the LFW is Ted Baker, their phone cases are always strong, durable and on-trend.

The flowery iPhone 5S case Opulent Bloom is priced at £24.95 from Porporta.

Although a little pricey compared to your standard case the added touches make it worth it. The smooth finish, that's soft to touch and the feminine, oriental design will capture attention with Ted Baker's latest print. Not only this but the case offers protection from scratches and knocks - mine has been dropped several times...

The next case is called Wovenza by Ted Baker and costs £24.95 from Porporta.

Getting to the details, this sturdy design is crafted from woven faux-leather and the picture represents the vibrant cherry red colour but you can also purchase it in royal blue. The bright colour mean you will be easily recognisable (and it's easy to find in your handbag).

Can exercise equipment for £1 be any good?!

January had passed, but I am still trying to be strong with my health kick. The other day I did a blog post about Missguided launching their Active Wear collection and with that I looked into other retail brand that are taking a piece of the sportswear pie and Poundland are no different with the 'ActiveLife Sport' collection. 

Now I like a bargain, but can weights for only £1 really be any good?

The ActiveLife Sport range Poundland has introduced not only includes weights and training equipment but protein shakes and supplements.

I tested out some accessories and equipment to help you work out at home on a frugal budget:

• Water bottle – this was a little fiddly to open, not an easy pop-top one but a perfect size for a workout.
• Exercise band - These sweat bands do the job nicely and in a simple black colour, they go with any gym outfit. 

• 0.5kg Weights- These are great little weights and if you are a beginner like me, the weights are ideal to use during work out videos.
• Weight lifting gloves - Not sure when I will lift heavy weights? But these pink foam gloves will make you look the part.
• Stopwatch – Consistent exercise is key, so a stopwatch is essential to keep you in time with your different exercises and I can’t fault this one.
• Pedometer - I don't think the ActiveLife Sport peometer is that accurate and it’s easy to gain steps by shaking it, but which pedometer is accurate. The Fitbit which costs around £60 has been noted to be quite inaccurate so for just £1 and to keep you motivated this is a great little gadget.
• Skipping rope – I used to love skipping when I was younger and it’s such a fun exercise to keep you motivated. The skipping rope keeps track of your skips so you can set targets. This will definitely be added to my exercise regime.
