Perfume Review: Kim Kardashian - True Reflection

I have always quite enjoyed watching 'The Kardashians' and with Kim's new perfume collection and the impending launch of their clothing range 'Kardashian Kollection' in Dorothy Perkins I needed to get my hands on it!

So True Reflection is nicely named! and I love the fact that this perfume includes chocolate Orchid... which I can actually smell along with hints of coconut although the smell is not too sweet more sensual. The scent is quite strong so rub it in and it will last for hours.

This particular scent would be perfect for a romantic date to get seductive or night on the town!

Beauty Review: Myleene Klass Nail Wraps

I didn't know Myleene Klass made nails?!

Time2Try so if you havn't used nail wraps before we will guide you through.

Myleene Klass has a number of different styles but today we are using green / pink stars for a fun, casual look.

In the pack you get a range of 24 different sized nail wraps and the pack comes with a nail file included. They retail at £5.99 from JML Direct, ASDA and Boots.

Step 1. Choose a nail wrap that's best fits your nail size and shape.

Step 2. Carefully peel the nail wrap off the backing strip.

Step 3. Place the rounded end of the nail wrap up against the cuticle.

Step 4. Start at the cuticle, press the wrap firmly over the nail and smooth out any creases.

Step 5. Press down on the wrap then stretch the excess over your nail tip. File away any excess wrap in a downward motion.

And voila beautiful nails :-)

Go BRAVE for charity!

Another great shade, "BRAVE" from Maison D'anu and all in the name ofcharity!!!

This bespoke red shade has been created in support of the Household CavalryOperational Casualties Fund (HCOCF) "Brave" is an exact colour matchto the regimental uniform worn by the Life Guards of the Household Cavalry.

In case you don't know the HCOCF provides immediate and material support toinjured soldiers of the Household Cavalry and their families, and to those whohave lost their lives on active service.

Like my previous reviews of Maison D'anu shades, they hold up well in mychip resistant test ;-) and last a bloody long time not going dull!


The nail colour is £9.95 and fifty percent of the profits will go to theHCOCF fund.

TIP: Red nail polish can be a bit of a b*tch, so when you have finished paintingyour nails get a cotton bud and dip it in nail vanish remover just to tidy up yournails for the perfect finish!

Food review: Blue Dragon Rice Bake

Another great recipe from Blue Dragon RICE BAKE

Ingredients (that I used)

• 2x large chicken breasts or other meat (this is a great dish to re-use left over meats)
• Mushrooms
• Green pepper
• Red onion
• Chili
• 150 g Rice
• 1tbsp vegetable oil
• 4tbsp water
• Spring onion to garnish

Method

1. Grab a casserole style dish and you will need a lid or some foil to put on top!
2. Preheat the oven to 180C
3. Add the oil to the dish and stir in the rice with the meat and cover in the oil. Place in the oven for 5 minutes
4. Remove the dish from the oven and add the rice bake sauce, I used 'Nasi Goreng'. Then give it a good stir then cook for a further 35 minutes.
5. Fry all the veg you want
6. Take the dish out the oven and mix in the veg, add spring onion to garnish.
7. Then serve

Flavours

'Nasi Goreng' - An Indonesian style sauce for rice with sweet soy and chili.

'Chinese Special Fried' - A Chinese style sauce for rice with soy and ginger

This dish following the recipe can serve 2 mains or 4 sides.

Check out my creation, different but yum! Make sure you check the rice is at the texture you like, I left mine in an extra 10 minutes to become really soft.
