My first taste of Antipodes

A few weeks ago, I was invited along to afternoon tea with Antipodes with a bunch of lovely beauty and lifestyle bloggers. The name, Antipodes reminded me of a Greek goddess so it must be good!!! I have never used Antipodes before but the packaging is quite iconic and I recognise it from a range of places, green against white with the slogan 'Connect with Nature'. It was lovely to explore this cult New Zealand brand with the Global Brand Trainer Deborah Sampson, her knowledge of the products was just incredible. Some key facts about Antipodes are that all the products are organic and each ingredient has been carefully selected due to the scientifically proven properties they hold, such as anti-ageing, sold for me get rid of my wrinkles NOW please.

The hero products from the collection for me are:

I am currently smothering this on every night as my skin feels so soft in the morning, no wonder it's a best seller with a celeb fan base. It smells a tad like playdoh but hey I like it! It feels super nourishing with avocado oil and Manuka honey as the key ingredients.

I used this for the first time the other day, firstly the packaging it so cute but as soon as your start using it, it's not very photogenic anymore. The face mask feels more like a thick serum and with the tube design you can literally squeeze out the last drop. This face mask you can use whenever you want I would recommend twice a week but if you feel a blemish coming just slap it on as the mask as antibacterial properties - leave on for 15 mins then rinse with warm water.

You can literally use this balm all over your body and it's especially good if you have a skin condition like eczema. I can see this becoming my next handbag essential.

This lip balm smells lush with citrus notes seeping through and the nourishing benefits of cocoa butter will make your lips feel super soft.

The Kiwi Seed Eye Cream won a Harper's Bazaar beauty award for its wondrous powers of repairing damaged tissue and it smells delicious – I can’t wait to see the results.
